I'm a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a Resilience Trainer through the HeartMath Institute. I gained a deep understanding of food choices and the affects of stress through my own personal health journey of overcoming Hashimoto's, skin and hormonal issues, managing stress related problems such as IBS, SIBO and food, mold and histamine sensitivities.
Today I use food as medicine to keep my body healthy and the HeartMath tools and techniques to nourish. and feed my soul.
I'm always in the kitchen cooking, teaching and inspiring everyone around me to enjoy every bite (and sip) to feel vibrant and full of life by nourishing our bodies deliciously and to manage our stresses appropriately, overcoming fear, worry and anxiety.
