Now, this is the part where you might expect me to say, “…I would have not believed it.” But in fact, I would have. The self-doubting thoughts were always there. Am I worthy? Why me? Who am I to do any of this? What if I fail? What if I’m not capable? What if I succeed? "
WRITING THIS CHAPTER seemed such an easy task until I started and went through dozens of draft until I arrived to a final version 10 weeks later. It was an extremely transformative process which is now part of my program The Resilience Self.
